By accessing or using IndieSignal (the "Service"), operated by ArkandSoft ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IndieSignal is a curated catalog of business opportunity ideas, generated by monitoring public online sources and processing them with automated scoring and human review. The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, or commercial viability of any idea, score, or analysis presented on the Service. Nothing on the Service constitutes business, legal, financial, or investment advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for unlawful purposes.

Certain content and features require a paid subscription, billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

You agree not to: scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically reproduce catalog content outside normal use of the Service; resell or redistribute Service content as your own product; attempt to circumvent the subscription paywall or rate limits; or use the Service to build a directly competing product from the raw catalog data.

The Service, its design, curation methodology, scoring system, and underlying software are the property of ArkandSoft. Individual opportunity write-ups are derived from publicly available information and our own analysis; we make no exclusivity claim over the underlying facts, only over our specific presentation and analysis of them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any idea presented will result in a successful or profitable venture.

Any business decision you make based on content from the Service is made at your own risk. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including legal, regulatory, and market validation, before acting on any idea.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArkandSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last modified" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
